■ Orders & Shipping

Q. How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

A. All products listed on our online shop are in-stock items and are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.

For special order items, lead time will be confirmed separately.
 

Q. Can I purchase items that are not listed or out of stock?

A. Some items may be available as special orders.
Please contact us for availability.
 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we offer international shipping.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and package size.

Please note that all shipments are made under EXW terms, and shipping risk transfers to the customer once the goods leave our facility.
 

Q. What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?

A. Damage or loss during shipping is not eligible for returns or refunds.
All shipments are made under EXW terms, and the shipping risk is the responsibility of the customer.
 

Q. Can you ship large items such as bows?

A. Yes, depending on the item.
Long items such as bows may require special shipping arrangements and additional costs.

Items not listed on our website (such as certain arrows) are handled as special orders.

Please note that high-value or specialized items (such as bamboo bows) may not be accepted.
 

■ Size & Product Selection

Q. I don’t know the correct arrow length. What should I do?

A. Please contact us before placing your order.
Providing details such as your height, draw length, or bow type will help us assist you.
 

Q. What measurement standard do you use for arrow length?

A. We use Full Arrow Length (measured from tip to nock).

Q. I don’t know the size of my bow or string. Can I still order?

A. Yes.
If you know your bow size (standard length, extended length, or overall length) and draw weight (kg), we can assist you.

Q. How long does it take for special orders?

A. Lead time is typically 1 to 3 months, depending on product availability and import procedures.
 

Q. Can all items be sourced upon request?

A. Not always.
High-value or difficult-to-handle items may not be accepted.
 

■ Returns & Refunds (Important)

Q. Can I return or exchange items?

A. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.
 

Q. Can I return items if I change my mind?

A. No.
Returns due to customer preference or change of mind are not accepted.
 

Q. What about custom-made items?

A. Custom-made or modified items (such as arrows processed to specific lengths) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
 

Q. Are sale items refundable?

A. No.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
 

Q. Is shipping damage covered?

A. No.
Damage or loss during shipping is not eligible for returns or refunds under EXW terms.
 

Q. How long do I have to request a return?

A. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
 

Q. Who pays for return shipping?

A. Return shipping costs are covered by us only in the case of defective or incorrect items.
 

Q. How are refunds processed?

A. Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product and will be processed using the original payment method.
