Shipping & Tax Policy

Effective Date: February 2026

1. Order Processing
YAKAGOYA accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Normal order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

If your order is not currently in stock, we will provide an estimated shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

2. Sales Tax (California Orders)

For orders shipped within California, we currently collect sales tax at the California base rate of 7.25%. 

 

Any additional district or local taxes that may apply based on the delivery address are covered by us and will not be charged to the customer.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

All products are sold EXW (i.e., products leave our facility), YAKAGOYA, Garden Grove, CA.
Once the product leaves our facility, any loss or damage during shipping is the customer's responsibility.
 

Shipping Carrier

At checkout, customers may select from available shipping options.

  • U.S. domestic shipments: USPS is used for standard and priority deliveries.

  • International shipments (Canada and other countries): USPS or UPS/FedEx are used depending on package size, weight, and destination.
     

U.S. Customers

Available shipping methods:

  • USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days typical)

  • USPS Priority Mail Large (for oversized or long items)

Business days exclude weekends, and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.
 

Canadian Customers

  • USPS Priority Mail International

  • USPS Priority Mail Intl Large (for oversized items)
     

International Customers (excluding Canada)

  • UPS International Ground / UPS Worldwide Saver (7–10 business days)

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (10–14 business days)

  • FedEx International Priority (varies by country)
     

International shipping rates vary depending on destination. Certain countries may impose tariffs or customs duties upon arrival; these additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the selected shipping method.
The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

  • Domestic and Canada: Weight-based rates via USPS

  • Other international: Weight and size-based rates via UPS/FedEx
     

For long or oversized items (such as bows), shipping fees may be higher due to package dimensions.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
Click the tracking link in the email to follow your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
The risk of loss and title to products purchased on this site passes to the customer upon delivery to the transportation company.
Claims for damages during transit must be filed directly with the carrier, as the carrier assumes responsibility once the goods are accepted.
We recommend retaining the shipping carton or photographing any damage for reference.
