Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligible Returns & Refunds

    • Returns and refunds are only available for products that are defective or damaged at the time of shipment.

    • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to and governed by our Limited Warranty, which defines the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer.

    • Damage or loss during shipping is not eligible for returns or refunds, as all products are sold EXW YAKAGOYA, Garden Grove, CA, and shipping risk transfers to the customer upon leaving our facility.

    • Custom-made items, such as arrows processed to customer specifications, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
       

  2. Return & Refund Request Period

    • Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

    • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
       

  3. Return Procedure

    • To initiate a return, please contact us by email first.

    • We will provide instructions for the return process and shipping address.

    • Return shipping costs will only be covered by us in the case of defective or incorrect products.
       

  4. Refund Method

    • Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned product.

    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

    • It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
       

  5. Non-Refundable Cases

    • Damage or loss during shipping (shipping risk is the customer’s responsibility under EXW terms)

    • Returns due to customer preference or change of mind

    • Custom-made items, such as processed arrows

    • Sale or discounted items
       

  6. Exchanges

    • In cases of defective or incorrect products, exchanges for the same item are possible.

    • Depending on stock availability, we may only offer a refund.
