Items not listed on the website may be available as special orders upon request.

For items that require sourcing:

• Lead time is typically 1 to 3 months

• This may vary depending on product availability and import procedures

Please note that special orders require additional time and cannot be canceled once processing has started.
 

3. Shipping Terms (Very Important)

All shipments are made under EXW (Ex Works) YAKAGOYA, Garden Grove, CA.

• Shipping risk transfers to the customer once the product leaves our facility

• Damage or loss during shipping is not eligible for returns or refunds

4. Size Selection (Critical)

Proper sizing is essential for kyudo equipment.
 

Arrow Length

We use Full Arrow Length (measured from tip to nock).

Selecting based on draw length may result in incorrect sizing.
 

Bow & String Size

If you are unsure about:

• Bow size (standard / extended / overall length)

• Draw weight (kg)

• String size

5. Large & Special Items

Some products require special handling:

• Long items such as bows may incur additional shipping costs

• Items not listed on the shop (e.g., certain arrows) are handled as special orders

• High-value or specialized items (such as bamboo bows) may not be accepted

• Damage or loss during shipping (EXW terms)

• Custom-made or modified items (e.g., arrows cut to specific lengths)
