These traditional Japanese setta-style zori feature white straps and a durable vinyl construction, making them suitable for Kyudo practice and formal Kyudo attire.

White straps are traditionally preferred for Kyudo footwear and are associated with the clean, formal appearance of Japanese ceremonial attire. Fit & Sizing Please note that zori and setta are worn differently from regular shoes. Traditionally, they are worn with the heel extending slightly—approximately 0.4 in (1 cm)—beyond the back of the sole. This is considered the classic and stylish way to wear traditional Japanese footwear.

The straps are relatively firm, especially when new. If you have a high instep, prefer a more relaxed fit, or would like your entire heel to rest on the sole, we recommend choosing the larger size. Specifications

  • Material: Vinyl

  • Strap Color: White

Please Note

Because these zori are made of vinyl, the straps may feel tight or stiff when first worn. They may gradually become more comfortable with use.

If you prefer a roomier fit, have a high instep, or are unsure between sizes, we recommend choosing one size larger.
